While most Background Check services charge for each individual search on a person (generally about $15 – $30 per search), Inteligator charges a monthly fee of $19.95 for unlimited searches. This is the obvious choice for anyone doing regular checks on people. Intelligator is perfect for private investigators, employers, landlords, and even people searching for potential spouses. My Experience with Inteligator:

As a small business owner I am frequently on the lookout for qualified and motivated people for potential hire. While I personally don’t enjoy delving into people’s pasts I have found that doing a little homework on a potential hire gives me a much better understanding of the kind of person I’m dealing with and saves me many headaches down the road. I’ve tried several background check services such as Intelius and Integrascan and have gotten good, accurate information from them but the price was too high for me to do the number of checks I needed., When I found Inteligator I was surprised to see that they charged a monthly fee instead of charging per search. I was a little skeptical because of the comparative price difference between Inteligator and other services but they had a four day trial for $1.00 so I gave it a try.

Here’s what I found:

Armed with a little background info provided to me by applicants such as name, date of birth,  past residences, and employment history (standard employment application information), I was able to get very accurate information from the Inteligator background check on a par equal to the other services I tried. I have to say that Inteligator is slightly less intuitive than some other background check services, however, since I do on average about 10 searches per month the price is definitely worth the negligible extra effort required. At 10 searches per month I would pay between $150 – $300 per month from the others but with Inteligator my cost stays the same ($19.95) no matter how many searches I conduct. One downside I found is that in order to conduct a detailed search based on social security number only, Inteligator does charge a fee of about $30.00. I don’t know the reason for this but so far I have not had to do this. It would be nice if this was included but the fact is that with a small amount of effort I get all the relevant information I need to make my personnel decisions for a fraction of the cost.

My opinion is that Inteligator gives, by far, the most value for my dollar and I would highly recommend Inteligator to anyone in need of this service.

If you are here, you’ve probably been scammed before. Don’t feel bad. I have been scammed too. I have had several things happen to me when it comes to my personal and business life because I just believed what others had to say. Some of these incidents have hurt my business, severed relationships with clients, and threatened my livelihood.

Several years ago an incident changed me forever. Heck, it changed the way I do business forever too, and trust me for the better. I hired an employee to sell ads for me. Seriously, I couldn’t believe what had happened. And the last straw was, on top of all of this personal trade for himself, he also was getting some advertisers to pay their payments in cash so he could keep some for himself. I couldn’t believe the shennanigans!

I explained this scenario to a friend, and their immediate question was : “Well. Did you run a background check on him before you hired him.” The answer was a big “NO”. I wish I had known about Inteligator before. From that point on I have taken the proper precautions to protect myself and my business and you can too.

Call it what you will, but I have a vendetta to settle with all these LOSERS that are trying to scam and lie to me and you.
